Christopher Wynn
Chris focuses his practice on business law and commercial dispute resolution. Chris acts as outside “general counsel” to a number of closely held businesses. He routinely advises business clients in matters such as startup entity formations, the purchase and sale of businesses, raising capital, securing intellectual property rights, and regulatory compliance.
He also assists companies with their ongoing legal needs, such as vendor and customer agreements, website terms of service, and a wide variety of other contract matters. In addition to counseling clients on corporate and compliance matters, Chris represents individuals, small businesses and public companies in commercial litigation in both federal and state courts. His ability to offer a combination of these two practices has proven invaluable, particularly for closely held businesses, whose owners desire cost effective and efficient dispute resolution solutions.
